Recently we have installed two sign lights on a wharehouse / showroom in Chester
Commercial lighting is used in this instance to illuminate the sign. The sign can be seen from the road and now anyone passing by at night will notice it!
The installation of the commercial lighting
The sign lights have been made in such a way that fitting time is minimal.
Firstly he had to fit the brackets to the steel sheeting on the ware house walls. This was done with ease using rivets. The brackets where evenly spaced along the length of the sign and riveted on. Once in place the commercial lighting track could be fitted. This clips on easily to the wall brackets.
Once fitted the 230 volt supply cable that was located at the far end of the lights was connected into an existing supply. The original supply is controlled with a timer. We installed a photocell in series with the timer to help control the lights.
The customer wanted the lights to operate from as soon as it goes dark in the evening until 10.00pm. Then in the morning they come on at 6.00am and go off when it gets light.
